The unassuming American Legion Hall on Kingstown Rd. in Peace Dale is a sacred space not only for the veterans who remember their comrades but for the members of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of South County who hold Sunday morning services there.

Prayer flags from faiths around the world decorate the sanctuary and represent the spiritual traditions from which the Unitarian Universalists draw inspiration.
